I recently experienced go karting at Whistling Morans, and it turned out to be one of the most exciting adventures I’ve had around Athi-River.Just a short drive from Nairobi, the place has become a hotspot for anyone craving high speed fun and a little adrenaline. For me, it was the perfect escape from the routine and hustle of the city.Whether you’re a motorsport enthusiast or just someone looking to try something new, the experience offers an incredible mix of speed, friendly competition, and unforgettable moments. As I stepped onto the track, I could immediately feel the excitement in the air.Located in the fast growing town of Athi-River, Whistling Morans has been attracting more thrill seekers every day. What I loved most was how the track delivers serious excitement while still being beginner friendly. Even if you’ve never tried karting before, you can quickly get the hang of it and enjoy the ride.The prices range from 2000ksh-6000ksh and a typical session lasts from 10 to 30minutes.One of the things that made go karting there special for me was the chance to take a break from the constant rush of city life. Out on the track, all that matters is the next corner, the next overtake, and the rush of speed.Despite the adrenaline, I also appreciated that go karting is considered one of the safer motorsport experiences when it’s properly managed.
